crixex Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the crixex platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.
This document is a legal agreement between the crixex platform and its users. By registering on crixex or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
General Provisions
crixex ("we", "platform") is an online gaming service operated for users residing in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and crixex. By accessing this website or using any service, you fully accept these terms.
The following individuals will not be permitted to use crixex services:
- Those under the age of 21.
- Those who reside in a region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
- Those who have previously been banned by crixex.
- Those who are acting on behalf of another person.
crixex reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration
A personal account is required to play games or make financial transactions on crixex. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account.
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may hold only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts and balances being cancelled.
- The name, phone number and payment details provided at registration must be true and accurate.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure.
- If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected].
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
crixex reserves the right to reject any registration application at its own discretion, particularly when the information provided appears to be incomplete or false.
Age Restrictions
Important: crixex is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. crixex may request age verification documents at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21 years of age:
- The account will be closed immediately.
- All balances and winnings on that account will be forfeited.
- Legal action may be taken depending on the circumstances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
crixex supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made from your own payment account — payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.
- crixex will not be held responsible for transactions made with incorrect amounts or incorrect details.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus requirements have not been met.
- crixex reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal until an investigation is completed in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, which helps prevent money laundering.
Bonuses and Promotions
crixex regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and are subject to change.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000 — a 25x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example: A deposit of ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total of ৳42,000.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — please read them before accepting an offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- A bonus offer may not be used more than once.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- crixex reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
Gaming Rules
Various types of online games are available on the crixex platform — cricket betting, slots, casino games, fishing games and more. The following rules apply to gameplay:
- All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error, the system will automatically resume the game from the last known state.
- Rules regarding doubling or changing a bet during a game apply separately for each game.
- crixex reserves the right to void any result that was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- The use of automated software, bots or artificial assistance during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
VIP Program
crixex has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Tiers are advanced based on the volume and regularity of play. Each tier provides weekly cashback — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% weekly cashback for Gold.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
The following activities are not permitted on crixex:
- Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
- Fraudulently claiming bonuses or rewards through multiple accounts.
- Identifying and exploiting system vulnerabilities (system exploitation).
- Attempting to steal or hack other users' account information.
- Registering using a false or another person's identity.
- Using automated software or bots during gameplay.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other players or crixex staff.
- Misuse of credit card chargebacks.
Account Suspension and Closure
crixex may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of these terms is found.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If it is proven that a user registered with false information.
- At the direction of a law enforcement authority.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any valid balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will generally be returned within a set timeframe.
Responsible Gaming
crixex believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. We support responsible gaming and are committed to preventing problem gambling.
To keep yourself protected, you can:
- Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
- Make use of temporary breaks or self-exclusion options.
